TASK 2 2.1 Communication process is influenced by values and cultural factors There are various kinds of values and cultural factors which are necessary to be considered by making conversation to any person. These elements includes beliefs, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, education, religion, disability, social class and so on. Several rules related to ethics and cultural values of people that must be followed by employees to communicate properly with them while rendering support to them for sort out problem of disease.
